Toil and Trouble is the 11th episode of NCIS Season 16 and the 365th episode of the entire NCIS series.
Synopsis
A murder investigation is put in jeopardy when the United States Secretary of Defense Wynn Crawford visits NCIS Headquarters and promptly shuts down Gibbs's murder investigation while also demanding that McGee and Torres be arrested for their actions in the case.
