Touch and Go is the tenth episode of JAG Season 6 and the 120th episode of the entire JAG series.

Synopsis

Harm's former partner, Commander Caitlin "Kate" Pike returns, having been offered a position at JAG HQ but rumors in the media that say that she was sexually harassed by her former C.O. who is in line to become the next Naval Inspector General may stop her from taking the position while Bud helps a female Marine Corporal who wants to become a commissioned officer but is facing problems because of a tattoo she has.
