Harm's career as an aviator is in jeopardy because of his long legal career while a mission over Serbia turns into a fight for survival when his wingman's plane is left badly crippled. As this happens, Harm also provides support to Skates who's suffering from panic attacks that have been triggered by flying while back at JAG, Bud, Tiner and Gunny all seek to earn favor with Admiral Chegwidden by getting the Admiral tickets to a Limp Bizkit concert.

Following the crisis, Harm leaves his aviator career behind and prepares to return to JAG.
After learning of his father, Harm's fellow aviators change his call-sign from "Pappy" to "Hammer", the same call-sign Harm's father, Harmon Rabb Senior had.
Lieutenant Commander in the United States Navy who was formerly assigned to the JAG office. Is currently assigned to the U.S.S. Patrick Henry as an aviator. Later chooses to leave his aviator career behind and return to JAG.
