Twenty Klicks is the first episode of NCIS Season 12 and the 259th episode of the entire NCIS series.
Synopsis
Gibbs and McGee head to Moscow, Russian to bring Kevin Hussein who also has access to highly classified information back to the United States, only for the journey to take a disastrous turn when the helicopter they're on is shot down, leaving the three as the only survivors. Now left stranded on the border between Finland and Russia with the area itself also highly dangerous, the trio face a battle for survival as they attempt to avoid a group of mercenaries who are after them, their target being Kevin. Back in the States, the rest of the NCIS team use every contact at their disposal as they race against the clock to find their missing colleagues before it's too late.
