Viktoria Valkov (AKA "Evelyn Shaw") (Russian: Виктория Валькова, Victoria Valkov) is a woman who is a former teaching assistant for Delilah Fielding as well as a spy for the Russians, the sister of Yuri Valkov and also the daughter of Kostya Valkov.
